Is there something in your relationship you wish could be changed?
What could that look like?
How would feel different for you and your partner?
What is it that is causing your struggles or challenges?
Find Your Joy Counseling and Coaching offers new perspectives and viewpoints, so that unmanageable stress transforms into realistic insights, negative mindsets transform into positive awareness, and unhealthy habits turn into self-care.
As a relationship coach, I support individuals seeking clarity, confidence, and quality in their intimate relationships, by first understanding the relationship with themselves.
I offer a co-creative coaching and counseling process that helps transform limiting relationship beliefs into positive relationship intentions.
My approach stems from personal and professional experience, following my own relationship successes and mishaps, and educating myself through different coaching certifications, as well as a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I encourage and support clients by coaching, educating, and promoting self-love that reflects in authentic relationships.
What is the difference between coaching and counseling?
Coaching is a chance to learn more about what you want for yourself and your life. It is an educational opportunity to understand how you can better things for your future and achieve new goals. Counseling involves more emotions and deeper feelings that help to explain why you want what you want, and how to improve the life that you picture.
I offer a blend of coaching aspects and counseling elements to find unique tools to sort out and improve personal and relationship issues. Learn how to view your goals more objectively, improve communication skills for your relationships, and find refreshing perspectives for stagnant situations, all through an online platform.

the "About Me"
Hi! I'm Christine, and I live in Colorado.
I love the process of the human connection, of sharing stories and learning from new ideas and perspectives. I also love encouraging self-love that reflects in authentic relationships.
My own experiences through life situations, love stories, heartbreaks, and recovery from those heartbreaks have led me on a journey of learning a level of self-love that I wouldn't trade.
Have a relationship story you would like to share? I would love to hear it! And I would love to be a guide on your journey to your own level of self-love!
With a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, several certifications, and learning from my personal experiences, we will work together to find the relationship answers you are looking for.
